Last of Red River Zoo

Here is the last of the highlights from the Red River Zoo set.

Unlike the first set of highlights, these were taken in the morning. You might notice a difference in the quality of the lighting... but if I did my editing job right, you won't. ;)

Toads are bumpy. Frogs are sticky. Now you know.

Both frog and toad lips, however, are sticky.

I like to think that I figured out how to get the colours right of underwater fish. How does it look to all you "normies"?

Why do squirrels always look startled?! I love that photo. Also all the tongues. And the positively gelatinous frog is amazing.

Yes! That's it!

Was the frog that gelatinous in person?

Not just the puffy fingers, but the whole face--although, as you point out, both toads and frogs have sticky mouths.

Red pandas are always very cute.

Great stuff. Love the red panda.

The fish looks reasonable, but I don't know what it's supposed to look like.

The third one down -- there's a female cartoon character who has eyes like that and I can't remember who.

Beautiful!
