I am also going to go with the assumption that your grandparents had hummingbird feeders, and not my initial thought that they were hummingbirds themselves.

Wow, I am beyond impressed with 3, 4 & 5 in this post... absolutely beautiful. Okay, hummingbirds are great subjects in that respect, but very sparkly shots nevertheless (hey, if you have a file or subset of photos you're particularly pleased with, from various shoots, anywhere, please to be posting a link sometime!)

Once I finish posting a set on LJ, I select a subset of those photos to add to my Wallpaper set.

That tends to be of the ones I'm particularly pleased with.

You can really see the relationship to the lizards in that first green one. Super cool. :)
