guppiecatOn the way up to Winnipeg, I stopped at a few parks to stretch and take photos. These were taken at the Tree Rivers Park District near Minneapolis. (set here). Some of these look better big, so if you are curious, you can click the photo to go to flicker, and view all sizes.
Dragonfly - I never knew that they had hair before, much less on their legs.
Dragonfly - Wonder what the aerodynamic benefits of the four wings are.
Flower - It was hot. I knew exactly how it felt.
Dragonfly - I don't know how they attach to the body, much less move. I may need to read a book on these guys.
Wild Grape? - I like the coils here.
Dragonfly and Shadow - I love how the lighting worked here.
Beetle - There are lots of beetles. I wasn't about to dig through the millions of species to narrow it down further.

Bee - Experimental framing.
