An Engineer's Guide To Cats
Apr. 19th, 2008 11:10 amMuch like baseball and math, I have a fairly large number of people on my FL that appreciate cats. I also have a fairly large number of people who are either engineers or have that special engineering aptitude that makes one feel quite awkward at parties (unless the number of engineers at the party exceeds 80%, at which point social hysteresis occurs and normal people start to feel awkward).
However, unlike the baseball/math experiment which I anticipated would Venn at 1 (it actually Venned at 2 (Yes, I'm using Venn as a verb... it's the Internet, I can do that.)), I anticipate that there will be a fairly large overlap between cat lovers and the engineeringly inclined. Thus, I present to you this gem, originally found on
rikhei, who credits it (she's a librarian, she has to) as found on Librarian Avengers.
