Community Fund Raising

helpvera project. As it seems likely to me that we'll see an increased need to do more community-based emergency fund raising, I worked up some notes on my experience over here
If you were involved, please help me update this "handbook". The wiki is setup to allow user registration OR to work with your LiveJournal OpenID (see the "Logging In" section here ). If you're familiar with wikis, just go in and edit it. If not, make a comment here and I'll get the changes added.
I will be making a similar post in other communities, so you may see this more than once. Sorry.
