A griping and a favor request
Apr. 10th, 2013 08:52 amBlue Planet: Seas of Life is now available on blu-ray. I've been waiting for this for a very very long time.
However, looking at the Amazon page, it is not clear whether it is available on blu-ray in 1080p or if they just tossed the low-res video on fancy new high-density disks.
It also says there are three disks... and a bonus 5th disk, so there's a mistake somewhere.
The reviews (as is common on Amazon) all refer to the DVD version.
So, if any of you have a NetFlix subscription and can get the blu-ray version, I'd appreciate your letting me know if it's actually any better than the DVD. I'm willing to re-buy if it's better ('cause the original is just that good), but I don't want to drop the cash to get the same thing again.
