That's a very large sea serpent playing dress-up! Or a marsh serpent, I guess.

I prefer to think of it as three turtles dressing up as a marsh serpent dressing up as a bridge.

It looks a lot like a county park a few miles from my house... similar bridge construction, similar scenery.
