You have to wonder what they do in the wild that's the equivalent of being gently brushed by a zoo worker. Maybe there's a big difference in humidity or something so it's more necessary to clean off their shells wherever the zoo is. But wow.
Awwwww! That's really nice. And your comment below of course explains the rest. It's too bad the zoo can't provide somewhere for them to swim, but I know they have a lot of challenges.
