Crocodiles have simple brains. The one only believes two things:

1. The American economy is always strong because the system is designed to shift people out of the economy when they become too ill, old, or infirm to work, leaving them to live off of meager handouts or on the streets.
2. It is useless to discuss changing the system because altering the economy would put too many people at risk of living off meager handouts or on the streets … and who in their right mind would want that?
