Allergies

Today was a hack day. Basically, I got together with a few other computery types with the intention to work on small simple projects and get a feeling of accomplishment. As is often the case with these things, the other folks didn't have any specific projects to work on, so I took over. For most of the day, two of my friends were working on a project that I've wanted to get done for about a year. It's not there yet, but it's a LOT further on.

Additionally, I was able to finish a technical step on my current "secret project". This is the last technical bit, so it's at the point where all the hard stuff is done, but I don't have any of the polish on it or real content, so I can't show it off.

This is, however, the last known technical problem standing in the way, so I am filled to the brim with inappropriate happiness.



Since I can't share my "secret project" with you all yet, I took a bit of time to dig through some old photos and "illustrate" my food allergies. Yes, birds are yummy, but I thought that it was probably long enough already. :)

In order of yumminess:

boring salad < interesting salad < rice/beans < chicken < duck/pheasant < emu/ostrich < sushi < yellowtail sushi

I'm sure that it's incomplete, but I hope that it serves as a guide for those who actually care. (However, I do not expect anyone to actually care.)

It'll be a while before the secret project is revealed. However, I anticipate revealing another project in the next few days. *sneaky grin*
