Due to current workloads and a focusing of priorities, I am purging my friends list and the RSS feeds that I follow. This first pass was a purge of general non-reciprocal friends. Most of you won't posting anyway, so I assume that you won't really care. I'm still watching some communities, so if you want me to see something, post it there (or send me an email :)

Of course, if you see this, odds are that you have me friended, and therefore were not purged, so consider this post merely a placeholder in case folks are curious as to why they were de-friended.

Island? You were lucky! When I was a boy, we had to live among the reeds and reefs, sunning ourselves on only one side whilst little tiny fishies nibbled at the other.

Yeah sonny? And when I was young I walked to school, in the snow, up hill, both ways. ... ;-)

(Actually, it was downhill in the morning, but getting home was about 12 blocks (mix of small and large blocks) up a relatively steep hill.

So, maybe I should be worried about being voted off the hillside? :-) )

There will only be a second round if LJ chatter is keeping me from pursuing my goals. I am hopeful that the current culling will be sufficient.
