It's been a hard few weeks. Seems like workload and heath issues inevitably coincide, and with the weather being as it's been, I've not been able to go outside and relax much. Luckily, I'm making some progress, just not as much as I'd like. I hope to get more caught up this week.

I did realize that I went to the Zoo after hours a while ago, and have some photos that I've not shared with everyone. I took these ones trying for certain effects^* and I used my new larger viewfinder. It worked, but was harder than it's been in the past. I hope to get behind my camera tonight and run through some basic exercises in preparation for a future project. (set)

^* If anyone actually wants me to discuss the various photo techniques that I'm playing with, let me know. I learned a while ago to not bore folks with tech talk, and I think that applies to photography tech too. I think most of you just want to see the fuzzy animals. :)
