Hello Guppiecat - I was following friends of friend's journals and wandered over here and really like your photos and I see we have some people in common; would you mind if I friended you? One can never be reading too many photo-journalers, if you ask me. Especially ones with marmalade cats that pretend to want their bellies fussed (I can tell just by looking at that one posted Nov. 3rd that it's a TRAP!).

My general rule is that I will friend people if I know them in RL or have interacted them for a long time online. I see from your userinfo that the friends we have in common come from the days that I was on #callahans. Were you there by chance?
That's a fair enough rule; I have my journal mostly friends-locked but am somewhat more open as to whom I friend online... actually, my policy is to mainly keep out most of my real life contacts.
No, I never joined callahans, although I know quite a lot of people who were regular denizens/patrons. I was often invited, but chose instead to limit my usenet interaction to absk and castlenet where I got comfortable quickly, despite the drama ;)
