What do you think that top one is? I'm guessing the yellow "petals" are modified leaves.

No, I think they're real petals (in as much as all petals are actually modified leaves). The other flowers with the bunny flower had more white petals. I think that it's a flower cluster and the individual white flowers fall off once they've been pollinated or gotten too old.

The single droplet is a delicious picture... I like the trees, too, as I can never frame groups of trees to my satisfaction :/

I'm not too good at it myself. What I do these days is take a wider angle shot than I need and crop it down once I get home. There's a higher rate of success, but I still throw away an awful lot of tree photos.
