I've finally finished processing my photos from the Winnipeg Folk Festival. Since I don't feel like writing a music review right now, I'll just point you to my people set. I had good light and a good lens, which seems to have turned into 292 photos of random people I don't know. So, below the cut, you will find a few that I particularly like. I may share more highlights as the days go by. We'll see.

Do you have any of Crazy Dancin' Lady and Tofu Man?

I didn't shoot any dancers dancing, as certain photographers onsite were informed that it made some of them uncomfortable. (Really, that's all the story I have, I got the info thirdhand.) Also, it would have been hard to isolate them photographically. Most of my shots were as people walked between me and the trees or the sky.

No idea who Tofu Man is.

I never trust third hand passive voice reports about what other people think or say. There's too much noise, not enough signal to trust any such thing.
