#1 on my list of things that I would steal were I thief, and had I the resources, would be that sloth sign. Actually, it's the only thing on the list. My career as an international sign thief began here, thanks for that.
I love the foggy photo (it's showing up twice on LJ, btw) and you're right... that should say Squirrels and Guppies. But then I'd have to steal that sign, too. It's a slippery slope, my friend.

Are you sure that isn't for a sloth crossing? Why does a sloth cross the road, and how many days will it take? ;)
Are you sure that other sign isn't saying Squirrels and Guppies in Spanish? It might say that in some other indigenous Costa Rican native language. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it! :)
