I'm shifting my yogurt eating away from the "normal" high-fructose corn syrup varieties. The last few weeks, all I could find was stuff flavored with sucrolose (Splenda, I think). While I was better for me that the stuff that was mostly sugar, I didn't like the taste. Now I'm experimenting with the basic plan varieties. I've had Dannon and AE. The Dannon tasted better, but had a bit of a feathery texture. Tomorrow I start the more expensive organic yogurts.

I already lost weight when I stopped the normal yogurts. It'll be interesting to see how I feel at the end of the two weeks of eating the actual healthy stuff (as opposed to "lite").

I've never managed to get into the taste of Yogurt. Even the sweet stuff has an aftertaste that I don't care for. Let me know if you find one that you think is really good.. maybe I'll try again.
