I was told the other one was in the British Museum, but I haven't seen it myself.

Wikipedia makes it sound much murkier.

It says the Natural History Museum at Mauritius Institute has the world's only complete individual skeleton, but there are several reconstructed skeletons from multiple dodos. Presumably this is one of those, unless Wikipedia is out of date, which is always possible.

It also sounds as if hunting for dodo skeletons on Mauritius would have been a really unpleasant experience.
