Mar. 30th, 2007 12:47 pmAfter I left Phoenix, I got to go to Tucson, and the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum. These are photos from my first trip (I went twice while I was there). There will be multiple postings from this set.

View - This is the view I saw when I finally arrived at the museum

Bobcat - The bobcats were very active in the morning, so I got some nice action shots. Here he is getting ready to attack his mate.

Bobcat - She is very interested in that log, completely unaware that she is being stalked.

Bobcat - I am *so* interesting

Bunny - I was able to get REALLY close to this bunny. Right after I took this shot, he scampered away.

Bird - In case you don't read beaks, he is saying "tweat"

Cactus - Well, most of a cactus anyway.

Cactus - Shhh, he's shy.

Cactus - When it gets dark, this cactus sneaks out from the rocks and attacks passers by. That's why they close the museum at 5.

Bird - When the wind blew, the cactus bones would rattle, and the bird would do a little dance.
