Ring-tailed Lemur (Lemur catta)_2

I’ve always wondered how herbivores decide which specific blades of grass they want to eat.

This lemur was no help at all because they are opportunistic omnivores.

Opportunistic omnivores would make a great band name.

I've watched rabbits eating violet leaves and ground squirrels eating clover, and am no wiser about how they choose which plant to eat when. Sometimes they seem to be saving a patch for last.
