I know you like coyotes. I know everyone likes coyotes. The big question is, how much do you like coyotes?

Do you like them enough to look at pictures of coyotes?

Do you like them enough to read about coyotes?

Or... do you like them enough to track 13 different coyotes, by name, across the state of Rhode Island?

Only you can decide.

I've been following the honey bee story for many weeks now. (Best summation here). In a nutshell, honey bees are abandoning their hives with no trace as to the cause. They leave the queen behind, and any developing babies. Bee keepers have no idea what's going on or where the bees are going, as there are no dead bees around or in the hives, but they're worried both about being able to meet the honey demand. They're also very worried about pollination. Since bees pollinate the vast majority of plants in the world, this could be very very bad.

In fact, it could be the end of the world as we know it. It could be the end of days. I'm thinking that the rapture is upon us...

Turns out that the chosen ones were honey bees.

I was working on a post about how this DST time change is messing things up for me. Appointments shifting around, clients calling in, etc.

Then I read this. - A rescue center is trying to figure how to create an artificial limb... to allow a panda to walk and eat... so she can be released into the wild.

My challenges pale in comparison.

It's been a while since I did a picture post. Sorry, it's been a crazy crazy week.

One night, while in Phoenix, I went to "Tempe Town Lake". This is a man-made lake in the middle of the city, made (I believe) by widening the Salt River. What's amazing about it is how good of a job they did. Not only is it clean and pretty, but there are also various forms of art (sculpture and poetry) embedded in the bridges and walkways. Since I went at night, I didn't get any of those.

This is what I did get )
